Yes. Fisherman can photograph and record fish through the FishDonkey app without a WIFI or data connection. Once back in a service area, the fish will be submitted.
No. But the location IS encrypted in the pictures. FishDonkey has the ability to decrypt the location if a Tournament Director makes the request. This would be equivalent to a lie detector test in regards to location legitimacy.
Using length allows tournament directors to verify the measurement from a picture. It is not possible to verify the accuracy of a scale from a picture. FishDonkey has cheating and fraud prevention tools built into the app that prevents using old or altered photos.
Winners can be required to submit to a polygraph test before claiming their prize. Denying a polygraph will automatically disqualify the participant.

It’s easy to enter a fish!
Open the FishDonkey App.
Navigate to the applicable tournament.
Hit the “Enter a Fish Button.”
Select the camera button.
Take a picture of your fish, on an approved measuring device (see rules for detailed requirements).
Enter the length of your fish.
Select the category you are entering your fish in.
Select “Submit”.
